Client Testimonial

What clients say

What stood out to me was how engaged Ricki was. He consistently brought ideas to the table and was proactive in supporting different teams when technical questions came up.

When Ricki worked with us at Shibari Study as Interim CTO, he was particularly involved in building out our Notion workspace with dashboards, templates, and documentation that helped us organize internal processes more clearly. He also contributed to the implementation of tools like Slack and Google Workspace, helping us move toward a more centralized and professional setup.

Ricki combines strong curiosity about systems and tools with a collaborative approach to working with teams, and he genuinely enjoys helping organizations structure their workflows and processes.

What I've Built

Multi-Source Data Pipeline

Own project, in production

Data aggregation system processing 700+ records from 6 sources with automated scoring, cross-source deduplication, and real-time Telegram alerts. FastAPI service on Railway, PostgreSQL with custom triggers, scheduled workflows with daily summaries.

Result: production system running daily since February 2026 with minimal manual intervention.

n8n FastAPI Supabase PostgreSQL Telegram Bot API

Shibari Study

Interim CTO, 7 months

Took over a struggling dev team, stabilized the codebase, shipped the product. Built API integrations with Uscreen, Mailchimp, and Facebook solo after the lead developer left. Then restructured how the team works:

  • Moved team communication from scattered WhatsApp groups to a structured Slack workspace
  • Migrated from Dropbox to organized Google Drive with professional Google Workspace
  • Unified project management from separate Trello boards to centralized Notion dashboards
  • Documented everything and onboarded a replacement developer for handoff

Result: less chaos, clearer processes, a team that could operate independently.

M1: Getting Started with Claude

2-3 hours, all audiences

What Claude does well, where it fails, how to apply it to real work. Participants formulate first prompts for their own tasks and learn to critically evaluate the output. Concrete applications from daily work, no feature tourism.

M2: Prompt Engineering for Claude

2-3 hours, all audiences

Claude-specific techniques: system prompts, XML structuring, chain-of-thought, prefilling. Why clear thinking matters more than prompt tricks. Exercises with participants' real tasks. Before-and-after comparison: vague vs. precise prompts.

M3: Claude Code for Development Teams

3-4 hours, technical

For teams adopting Claude Code as a development tool. Plan mode, context management, MCP integrations, CLAUDE.md, project-wide configuration. Live demo and hands-on: participants set up Claude Code for a real project.

M4: Automation with the Claude API

3-4 hours, technical

Integrating the Claude API into existing processes. Workflows with n8n or Make, authentication, cost control, error handling. Participants build a production workflow using Claude for classification, summarization, or text processing.

M5: Governance - Claude under GDPR

1-2 hours, all audiences

EU data residency, Anthropic data policies, AVV (processor agreement). Which data can go into Claude, which cannot. Output: a one-page governance cheat sheet tailored to your team's existing processes.
